A graduate of Temple University’s FOX School of Business, Evangeline earned her degree in Corporate Finance and Real Estate, graduating at just 19 years old as the youngest member of her class. Her early academic achievement reflects the ambition, discipline, and dedication that continue to define her career.

For the past five years, Evangeline has been an integral member of the esteemed team led by Jim Onesti and Mike McCann, where she has played a key role in representing some of the region’s most prominent multifamily, residential new construction, and luxury properties.

Her experience spans the full spectrum of the luxury residential market, from representing buyers and sellers in sophisticated resale transactions to guiding clients through new construction opportunities and multifamily leasing.
