Meet Grace Garner

Grace Garner is a real estate professional specializing in luxury sales, new construction, multifamily leasing, and strategic real estate operations across Philadelphia, New Jersey, and the surrounding suburbs. With a foundation in both marketing and business strategy, Grace brings a thoughtful, results driven approach to every facet of the real estate experience, from positioning and selling properties to building strong client relationships and supporting complex development projects. A graduate of Temple University with a degree in Marketing and a concentration in Brand Strategy & Research, she has a deep understanding of consumer behavior and the factors that shape how people make decisions. That perspective allows Grace to anticipate client needs, communicate with intention, and guide people confidently through some of their most significant financial and life decisions.

Following graduation, Grace began her career in operations at Keller Williams Main Line, one of the fastest growing brokerages in Pennsylvania, where she worked directly under Mike McCann and alongside a high performing leadership team. There, she gained hands on experience in business operations, systems, reporting, and large scale sales strategy while learning from some of the top entrepreneurs and sales leaders in the industry.

After two years in operations, Grace expanded her role into sales and business development, working closely with Evangeline Gambardella while continuing to apply her operational expertise across multiple sectors of the business. She became an integral part of the JAE Exclusive New Construction Division, led by Jim Onesti and Arvind Balaji, where she remains actively involved in the sales, marketing, positioning, and execution of luxury new construction developments. Her work also extends into multifamily leasing, where she has helped lead client experience, marketing strategy, event execution, reporting, staffing oversight, and leasing operations across numerous rental communities.

Today, as part of The Mike McCann Team at KW Empower, Grace works across both residential sales and the JAE Exclusive New Construction Division, giving her a uniquely well rounded perspective on the real estate business. She represents buyers and sellers while remaining deeply involved in new construction development, multifamily leasing, marketing strategy, and operational leadership. Her ability to bridge sales, marketing, leadership, and operations allows her to approach each client and project with both a big picture strategy and meticulous attention to execution.

Known for her attention to detail and “whatever it takes” mindset, Grace is committed to delivering a seamless, white glove experience that leaves clients feeling confident, informed, and supported throughout every stage of the process.
